Kellie Ahl is a Hertfordshire based artist with a distinctive range of influences. She turned down art college to do a degree in Neuroscience, but returned to the art world to do diplomas in Colour Therapy and Interior Design in order to nourish her dream of creating stunning paintings for people’s homes.

Her style is raw and contemporary, but she is also concerned with the powerful effect that colour, texture and form can have on a person’s wellbeing. When painting on commission, Kellie provides something entirely original and personal to the room, based on any mood or space or object a client might choose as inspiration. With an appreciation for traditional techniques and a love of experiments, Kellie’s vibrant work could provide a room with a focal point, add soul to a blank wall, or just produce a smile.

She always paints in her bare feet. (But not with them.)
